AGREEMENT OF COMMISSION

ARTICLE 1 PURPOSE OF CONTRACT
It 'a custom which
has as its object the sale of the Residence Apartments , with address.
, by the Commissioner shall on behalf of the Commissioning, according to
the criteria required by the latter.
ARTICLE 2 REWARD
The Commissioning will reward the Commissioner, the
company "
" for the services provided under the 3% (three) percent of the
value more 500 € (five hundred euro) for each sale. From here you divide : 3% (three) per
cent, goes to the Agency

The extra costs that the commissioning may have, and
the advantage to carry out the commission shall be borne by the customer for

ARTICLE 3 RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE COMMISSIONING
The Commissioning has the right to give instructions
for how to execute the order and to determine the boundaries of contracting
with third parties or to determine which of these people are the most
appropriated. The Commissioning has the right to pay the reward of 3% more 500€
in the Commissioner shall, after the Customer has completely signed the
contract and paid the 100% of the price of the apartment. The Commissioning

ARTICLE 4 RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE COMMISSIONER
The Commissioner shall have the right to receive the
reward of 3% + 500€ for his work, from the Commissioning once the customer has
signed the contract and paid the 100% of the price of the Apartment. The
Commissioner shall issue an invoice a bill of Service, send to the
Commissioning and this last one will pay the percentage yield in euro, even
sending him a bill on his part.
ARTICLE 5 TERMINATION OF CONTRACT
Will be done:
By agreement between the parties.
With the performance by the Commissioner shall, for which the mission is
charge. When breached their obligations under both sides of this contract.
ARTICLE 6 DISPUTE
RESOLUTION
In case of disagreement between the parties, be
resolved by consensus, gently and only when a thing is impossible, that appeal

ARTICLE 7 COMPILATION OF TE CONTRACT
The contract was drawn up in duplicate with the same
force to each, after being read, the parties have agreed and signed with their
own free will. This contract is effective immediately upon signing by the
